I've been living in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Mexico. For 30 years. And I finished my studies in one of the Puerto Vallarta's finest Universities. I then obtained my official license from the Education Mexican Authorities "SEP" ( Secretaria de Educacion Publica) as well as my official license from the Jalisco State Government, which are registered in the General Direction of Professions and the Direction of Professions from the State of Jalisco.
I then completed my master's degree in Civil Law and Finance Law in one of the most respected Universities in Mexico. " La Universidad de Guadalajara - The University of Guadalajara" campus located in Puerto Vallarta.
Now, I am living in both places "Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, MX." and Dallas, TX. I can speak and write both languages fluently. I am also aware of the cultural differences between the two countries and I can assist you with any legal problem that may arise out of such differences.

Puerto Vallarta fue descubierto en Marzo
de 1525 cuenta la leyenda que desembarco un ejército de 100 españoles para
enfrentarse con un contingente de 20,000.00 los Indios. Y se encontraban por
iniciar la retirada cuando una de las banderas que portaban los europeos comenzó
a brillar con luz intensa y sobrenatural que dejo impresionados a los lugareños,
quienes se rindieron en Paz. La bandera llevaba la imagen de la Virgen Maria. Y
en honor a este maravilloso hecho la región fue bautizada como Bahía de
Banderas.

Mexico. The History"
Puerto Vallarta was discovered in March, 1525. Legend has it that a contingent
of 100 Spaniards came ashore to confront an army of more tan 20.000 native
Indians. They were just about to turn back when one of the standards they were
carrying began to shine brilliantly with a supernatural light that awed the
natives who gave themselves up peacefully. The standard bore the image of the
Virgin Mary. In honor of this marvelous event, the area was baptized the Bahia
de Banderas.
El 12 de diciembre de 1851 llego Guadalupe Sánchez con su esposa, hermanos,
hijos y amigos para con la intención de iniciar una nueva vida. Como era el
aniversario de la aparición de la virgen le dieron el nombre de: “Las Peñas de
Santa Maria de Guadalupe”
On December 12, 1851 Guadalupe Sanchez arrived on these shores with his wife,
brothers and friends to start a new life in this land. As that happened to be
the day of the Virgin Guadalupe, they named the place: “Las Peñas de Santa Maria
de Guadalupe”
Este lugar fue considerado Rancho hasta el día 31 de Mayo de 1918, cuando fue
elevado a la categoría de municipio con el nombre de Puerto Vallarta, en memoria
del ex gobernador de Jalisco, el gran Jurista Ignacio L. Vallarta.
The settlement was considered a ranch until May 31, 1918, when it was elevated
to the status of a municipality called “Puerto Vallarta” in memory of the former
governor of the state of Jalisco, the great jurist Ignacio L. Vallarta.
Pero no fue sino hasta 1963 cuando el
reconocido director de cine, John Huston lanzo a Puerto Vallarta a la fama con
el rodaje de la película “La noche de la Iguana” que estelarizaron Ava Gadner y
Richard Burton, quien en ese entonces sostenía un torrrido romance con Elizabeth
Taylor.
But it was not until 1963 that Puerto Vallarta inadvertently became
internationally famous overnight with the help of renowned film director John
Houston, who was shooting the movie “The Night of the Iguana” in Mismaloya. The
film starred Ava Gardner and Richard Burton, who was having a torrid affair with
Elizabeth Taylor at the time.
En 1970 se reunieron los presidentes de
México y Estados Unidos, Gustavo Díaz Ordaz y Richard Nixon, para firmar un
acuerdo bilateral entre ambos países. Ignaurandose también la carretera
Compostela- Vallarta y el puente sobre el rió Ameca. Y asi con el aeropuerto
Internacional también fue posible la llegada de vuelos internacionales.
Finalmente se construyo el primer puerto de Jalisco y comenzaron a llegar
cruceros.
In 1970, Mexican President Gustavo Diaz Ordaz and U.S. President Richard Nixon
met here to sing a major bilateral agree-ment between the two countries. Later,
the Compostela-Vallarta highway was inaugu-rated and also the bridge over the
River Ameca, and the International Airport allowed international flights to land
here. The first port of Jalisco was built and cruise ships began arriving.
